Resep Membuat Kue Serabi Kinca


Bahan :
Tepung beras 4mangkuk
Kelapa 2 butir; parut dan peras jadi santan kurang lebih 10 mangkuk
Telur Ayam 2 butir
tepung terigu 1/2 mangkuk
gula merah 750gr
garam secukupnya

Cara membuat :
– ambil tepung beras 1 mangkuk dab di beri santan 1 mangkuk, masak sampai kental
– kocok telur sampa berwarna putih dan kaku
– campur 4 mangkuk s antan dengan semua bahan dan tambahkan kocokan telur diaduk rata
– panaskan wajan (dari tanah) dan gosoklah dengan sedikit kemiri, masukkan adonan kira2 2 sendok makan, lalukan sampai bahan abis
– sisa santan direbus dengan gula merah dan vanili dampai mendidih, biarkan dingin;
– Hidangkan kue serabi dengan rebusan santan tersebut
